Hawksbill Turtle
OMG! i really cant believe that i have met one of the critically endangered species !!!
This one landed on the shore with a broken shell. Good Samaritan nursed it and and made it healthy again. But I guess it has become used to easy food and may be the sea is so unwelcoming that it is unwilling to go back :(
How i wish that it gets back to its habitat and has a happy and safe life :(
...suggestions are welcome!

Rose Ringed Parakeets
I have heard funny pet stories of parakeets! its intelligence is evident from its adaptability.
At one of the friends place, this little one was accustomed to having 'half fry' and 'tea'. At my aunt's place, fondly called 'Ganesh' was crazy about wafers and other fried stuff. The moment it heard crackling sound it used to land in the kitchen :)
Needless to say these are very good at mimicking humans, very soon they catch up with human phrases and incessantly strike them at the right timing !!! bingo

kau che ghar shenach!
Crow stories are so common and invincible part of growing up. Notorious villain to intelligence personified to silly simpleton to ... a crow plays all the characters. But apart from all the stories I have vivid memories of this black pest (maybe not a pest, but cant think of a word). When I was 6-7 yrs old I was attacked by a crow :-o scary!!! I can still feel the claw scratches in my head .... so horrible... too much price for being inquisitive... I came crying all the way from my friends place :( .... bad crow!
My second memory of this villainous bird is when it savoured our ( me and my sister's) pet sparrow. How inhumane was that !!! I cried this time too.
May be it is a frustrated bird! who gets fooled by the cuckoo so easily and so offen!
Crow is also supposed to be a messenger of uninvited guests (shouldn't expect more)
uff! Anyways here are some bizarre examples of crows nest ....
one on the lamp post on WEH and ther other one built on piled wires
